About: Scientist started as King Tubby's protege at Tubby's Drumalie Avenue Studios in Kingston. He built amplifiers and speakers, tested sound systems, and used the studio as a musical instrument. After 'The Best Dub Album in The World' in 1980 (Scientist's first collaboration with THU), 'In the Kingdom of Dub' was his second self - named record in 1981. It was released on January 22, 2022. The album features great musicians: Drums by Sly Dunbar & 'Santa', Bass by Robbie Shakespear & 'Flabba', Guitars by Ranchie Mclean & Noel Sewell, Piano by Pablo Black, Organ by Ansel Collins, and Percussion by 'Skully'.
