This is a 7' flexi - disc EP vinyl record released in 1998 by Monkeybite (#002) in the US. The genre is Rock, with a distinct Grindcore style. Side A features Benümb's untitled live tracks from KFJC in 1996 and 1997. Side B is filled with Suppression's tracks like 'Media Worm', 'Flies On Shit' and more. It was recorded at KFJC. A free record came with Monkeybite Issue #3 (Winter/Spring 1998). Individual track titles don't appear on the flexi. Side A copyright is 1996/1997 Benumb/Monkeybite/KFJC, and Side B is 1997 Suppression/Monkeybite/KFJC.

To use this vinyl record, you'll need a turntable set to 33 ⅓ RPM. Gently place the record on the turntable, and carefully lower the tonearm onto the groove to start playing. When handling the record, always hold it by the edges to avoid getting fingerprints on the playing surface. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent warping. After each use, clean the record with a soft, anti - static brush to keep it in good condition. If you notice any dust or debris on the grooves, use a record cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth to clean it properly.
