Billy Taylor presents his iconic album 'I Wish I Knew How It Would Feel To Be Free'. This vinyl LP, released in 1968 by Tower in the US, combines the genres of Jazz and Soul - Jazz. The album is in very good plus (VG+) condition. Label details include Tower – ST - 5111, Tower – 5111, Tower – ST 5111. It was manufactured by Capitol Records, Inc., with Sammy Vargas handling A&R. Billy Taylor himself acts as the producer and plays the piano, accompanied by Ben Tucker on bass and Grady Tate on drums. The album also has an illustration by G Bartell. Matrix / Runout details are ST - 1 - 5111 - WI for Side A and ST2 - 5111 - X2 for Side B.
