Count Basie And His Orchestra present 'Basie's Back In Town', a classic jazz big - band LP. Released in 1955 in the US on the Epic label (LN 3169), it's a mono vinyl record. The album features great tracks like 'Jump The Blues Away' arranged by Dudley Brooks and written by E. Lewis*, 'The Jitters' arranged by Tab Smith and written by T. Smith*, and many more. The lineup includes Walter Page on bass, Jo Jones on drums, and Count Basie himself on piano. The music was originally recorded from January 28, 1941, to November 17, 1941. Side A runout is stamped XEM36227 - 1B and Side B is XEM36228 - 1C.

Using this LP record is easy. First, make sure your record player is clean and in good working condition. Place the record gently on the turntable, center it properly, and drop the needle onto the starting groove. As for maintenance, always use a record brush to clean the vinyl before and after each play to remove dust and debris. Store the record vertically in a cool, dry place to prevent warping. Be careful when handling the record to avoid scratches. If you notice any static, you can use an anti - static gun or cloth to reduce it. Enjoy this classic jazz album and the wonderful sounds of Count Basie And His Orchestra!
