Product Details

The Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, under the baton of Willi Boskovsky, presents a classic LP record. The album features two renowned ballet pieces: 'Graduation Ball' composed by Johann Strauss and arranged by Dorati, and 'Le Spectre De La Rose' composed by Carl Maria von Weber and orchestrated by Hector Berlioz. Released in 1961 in the US by London Records (CS 6199), it's a stereo vinyl LP in excellent (VG+) condition. The music falls into the classical genre with romantic and neo - romantic styles. Recorded at Sofiensaal, it has a London blueback first release and a wideband label with a deep groove. The matrix runouts are ZAL - 4931 - 1E H ET 1 on side A and ZAL - 4932 - 1E H ET 1 on side B. The conductor is Willi Boskovsky, and there are uncredited engineer James Brown (13), lacquer cutter E (24), and producer Erik Smith.

This LP record is a great addition to any classical music collection. To use it, simply place the record on your turntable, gently drop the stylus on the start of the groove, and enjoy the beautiful music. When handling the record, always hold it by the edges to avoid fingerprints and scratches on the playing surface. Store the record in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep it in its sleeve to protect it from dust. If the record gets dirty, you can use a record cleaning brush to gently remove the dust. Never use abrasive materials or harsh chemicals on the record as it can damage the grooves and affect the sound quality.
