Product Details

This is a live album by the legendary Frank Sinatra titled 'The Main Event'. It was released in 1974 by Reprise Records (FS 2207) in the US. The vinyl LP is a Terre Haute Pressing. The music combines genres of jazz and pop, with styles like big band, swing, and easy listening. The album features classic tracks such as 'It Was A Very Good Year' written by Ervin Drake, 'All The Way' by Cahn - Van Heusen, and many others. It was recorded at Madison Square Garden, conducted by Bill Miller (2) and produced by Don Costa. The cover photography is by Ed Thrasher, and it's hosted by Howard Cosell. This is a Columbia Records Terre Haute pressing based on the deadwax etching on both sides.

Using this vinyl record is simple. Just place it on your turntable carefully. Make sure the turntable is clean and in good working condition. Gently lower the tonearm onto the record to start playing the music. When handling the record, always hold it by the edges to avoid getting fingerprints on the playing surface, which can cause crackling sounds. After each use, store the record in its sleeve to protect it from dust and scratches. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, as extreme temperatures can warp the vinyl. If the record gets dirty, you can use a vinyl record cleaning brush to gently remove the dust. For more stubborn dirt, you can use a record cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth, but be very gentle to avoid damaging the grooves.
