Product Details

Little Willie John's 'Free At Last' is a remarkable vinyl LP compilation released in 1970 by King Records (KS 1081) in the US. It belongs to the Blues Master Series and features a blend of Funk / Soul and Rhythm & Blues. The album includes tracks like 'Sleep' written by E. Lebig, 'Letter From My Darling' by Singleton and McCoy, and many more. With lead vocals by Little Willie John and research and liner notes by William 'Hoss' Allen, it's a must - have for soul and R&B fans. This is a US pressing, possibly the first issue from June - July 1970, with matrix/runout codes KS - 1081 - A RH (Side A) and KS - 1081 - B - X RH (Side B). Distributed by Starday - King Records, Inc.

To use this vinyl record, first, make sure your record player is clean and in good working condition. Gently place the record on the turntable and use the tonearm to lower the needle onto the starting groove of the side you want to play. Sit back and enjoy the rich, warm sounds of Little Willie John's soulful music. When you're done, carefully lift the tonearm and return it to its rest position. Then, pick up the record by its edges and place it back in its sleeve. Keep the record away from direct sunlight, heat, and dust. If it gets dirty, you can use a record cleaning brush to gently remove any debris. Store the record vertically in a cool, dry place to prevent warping. Avoid touching the playing surface of the record with your fingers as the oils can damage it over time.
