Product Details

This 'Seventy - Eight LB' 10 - inch vinyl record, spinning at 78 RPM, is a limited - edition gem. Released in 2013 by Numero Group in the US, it falls under the Funk / Soul genre. Side A features Otis Brown's 'Southside Chicago' (2:27), and side B has Union's 'Chicago, Latino' (5:18). The labels are LB Co. Recordings and Numero Group (LBC078). It's a Leo Burnett Anniversary Commemorative Disc, originally limited to 2000 copies and given to Chicago - based Leo Burnett employees for their 78th anniversary (1935 - 2013). Numero found 200 copies and gave them as a free bonus in 2013's '12 Days of Numero' holiday promotions. There's no runout etching on the B - side, and the etched A - side has 'LB - 78 - A GEO/NRP'. The lacquer was cut at Nashville Record Productions by GEO* and produced for Leo Burnett Co.

To use this vinyl record, first make sure your turntable is set to 78 RPM. Carefully place the record on the turntable and gently drop the needle on the start of the groove. You can enjoy the great funk and soul music from Otis Brown and Union. When handling the record, hold it by the edges to avoid fingerprints on the playing surface. Store the record in a cool, dry place, standing upright in a record sleeve to prevent warping. If the record gets dirty, use a soft, anti - static record brush to gently clean it. Don't expose the record to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures as this can damage the vinyl.
