Product Details

David Lewiston presents 'Kingdom Of The Sun (Peru's Inca Heritage)', a remarkable 1969 vinyl LP album from the Nonesuch label's Explorer Series. This US - released record features a rich blend of folk, world, and country music styles. The LP includes various tracks like 'Adios, Pueblo De Ayacucho' played on the harp, 'Mauca Zapotoyke' with a flute duet, and many more, all performed by unknown artists. The album has art direction by William S. Harvey, cover art by Bill Rowe (3), and was mastered by Bob Ludwig. This version has Robert Ludwig's 'RL' mastering signature in the dead wax and no manufacturer credit on the label bottom edge. It was recorded in Peru and printed in the USA, with special thanks to Carlos Matchelajovic for his assistance.

To use this vinyl record, first, make sure your turntable is clean and in good working condition. Gently place the record on the turntable platter, center it, and lower the tonearm onto the record. Enjoy the rich sounds of Peruvian folk music. When handling the record, always hold it by the edges to avoid fingerprints and scratches on the playing surface. After use, carefully return the record to its sleeve to protect it from dust and damage. Store the record vertically in a cool, dry place to prevent warping. If the record gets dirty, use a proper vinyl record cleaning brush or solution to clean it. Do not expose the record to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, as this can affect its sound quality and longevity.
